Why is Obama in Favor of Destroying Mother Nature and Building More Levees?

Why won’t Obama protect our famous River as much as he can?
Shouldn’t we drill a few wells in either ANWR or off the coast of Florida and use the money to save/restore our treasure which is named “the Mississippi River”?

There are two ways to see this.
One, with Levies they blockade water from destorying towns and devastating croplands. Some of them even generate some electricity.
The other way to see this…
Yes, due to urban sprawling and industrialization, many wetlands have basically been wiped off the map. Wetlands are useful for keeping back floods so its kinda ironic.
Not everyone wants to move from the Mississippi as it is a economically benifiting location. Plus the goverment can’t buy entire towns of the map.
If you want a straight answer though ask the big man himself.

I don’t know much about Obama Hussein, and rivers, but he is planning to sign us into Koyoto (so is McCain) which will destroy us as a nation in the interest of being green.
Obama has no intentions of us drilling for oil. He just wants to tax the oil companies for price gouging which will trickle down to us paying for out of our pockets when gas hits $10.00 a gallon because of his stupid idea. Were in trouble if he gets elected.
