How Will Global Warming Effect People Within the next 100 Years?
Christine asked:
I dont know if im doing this right. But oh well. I have to write a report for my Agracultural Science colass in school. Its a three page essay on how photosynthesesis effects global warming. One of my sub titles is ” How will Global Warming Effect People in the next 100 Years?” I saw this webiste and thought someone could help me becasue im getting different asnwers.

No more so than it has in the last hundred and no one has yet to supply anything that says our current, recent past and potential global climate is for some reason out of the normal fluctuation range for the last 2,000 years. When you look at the mean average temps for 2,000, 4,000 and 6,000 years the current average of the last 20 years is below that mean and shows no potential of exceeding it. This is why I keep saying what is the gripe, it is not excessively cold as it was a couple of hundred years ago and it is not exceedingly hot as it was only a thousand years ago, so what is the believers real problem.

The honest answer is that it won’t affect people except the political movement if not defeated.
Suddenly some climatologists think they can predict the future? It might be a degree warmer than it would have been without CO2. Nobody knows what that would be. It won’t likely be as warm as it was 1000 years ago when the warmer weather was entirely beneficial. It is highly unlikely to rise to the level of 8000 years ago when it was significantly warmer for 3000 years. Responses of how horrible the environment will be or how the polar bears will die is negated by the fact that the world survived 3000 years where it was much warmer than it will likely get.

There will be no difference. No one has any idea what could happen in the next 100 years. But if you’re teacher is looking for science fiction, write him a real doom and gloom story with women and children dying all because of the “greed” of man…..

Well you could go with the three answer so far, but if you do expect a fail if you want to know what science thinks will happen try this.

Global Warming will affect humans greatly in the next 100 years. We probably won’t make it that long. If we are to survive the next 100 years, we have to change our ways.
First lets start with the how global warming is started. When we go to our schools in our fancy cars we think we are not doing anything wrong but when you drive a car we are releasing carbon monoxide into the atmosphere. This harmful gas goes up into the atmosphere and destroys the ozone layer which protects us from harmful rays. We are also releasing CO2 which goes up and mixes with the greenhouse which let heat in but don’t let it out. We need a little bit of greenhouse gas but too much can make our global tempreature decrease greatly. Another problem is when we cut trees and build buildings there we are destroying the trees that change the poisnous carbon deoxide into helpful oxygen.
Now global warming can’t be stopped easily because to stop it you need to stop using gas which is not really possible. The only reason our population is at like 7 billion is because of gas. If we didn’t have gas the planet couldn’t support more than a billion people and this is why. You see the only live sorce of energy is the sun but the suns energy is limted. We only get a certian amout of sunling a year and that is only enough for about a billion people. But then people discovered gas which was like stored sunlight and that is why we need gas. Once we run out of gas most of the people on the planet will die.
Now how can each endviual help stop global warming. Here i’ll tell you. We need to be more efficent with our energy. That means only use it where it is relly needed. A major amount of energy we use is used in lighting our house and we can save a lot of energy by switching to florecent light bulbs. Thes light bulbs not only save energy but they also save a lot of money. We can also not use cars just to get to a friends house which is like 5 minues away. Bicyling is the most healthiset way to get around and it is also pollution free. We can also switch to electric of hydogen powered cars. Another thing we can do is recycle. Recycling can save trees which provide oxygen.
sorry for any speeling mistakes
