What the expression represents has no "intention" in the human sense of the word. Not all men are stronger than all women. Strength is irrelevant to a person's humanity, or to any ability except lifting heavy things and such. Thus, though more men are stronger than most women, they aren't more human, smarter, more talented, more capable, or any other genuinely human trait. Uh, there’s no such thing as “mother nature” it’s just an expression –a short-hand.
