What is a good book about nature or survival?
broadway_bound_114 asked:
I need to read a book about nature and/or survival for my Nature in Literature class. I’d like a fiction book and something that’s interesting.
And I’m a Junior in HS (17) so not anything too young, please.
And by survival, I mean survival in nature.

Wild Timothy by Gary L Blackwood
My Side of the Mountain by Jean Craighead George
The Cay by Theodore Taylor
Downriver by Will Hobbs
The Winter Road by Terry Hokenson
Blind Mountain by Jane Thomas
The Trap by John Smelcer
The one non-fiction book I can think of is
Between a rock and a hard place by Aron Ralston
additional note:
if it can be sci-fi, taking place in the future, I would suggest Hunger Games or Surviving Antartica
