But the point is, my emotions go absolutely hay-wire every month, it’s weird! I’m a very sweet, even tempered girl, but around this time, my patience flies out the window and my temper is on fire!

Is there anything that can lessen these effects? I feel terrible the way I treat people
My diet is primarily fresh produce and protein. I cannot take birth control, it makes a different medicine I take less effective.
